Software is very important to me when I am multi-tabling online poker (it has to work smoothly!) The right buttons need to be in the right places, the right options need to be available and their software team should be receptive to player feedback. Personally, there are some poker rooms that I simply cannot play on because their software is just so bad. But we do need to consider some of these other factors as well.
